What We Do

  People for Care and Learning (PCL) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) humanitarian organization that seeks to care for the poor while also providing training and opportunities to give the poor a working chance toward a brighter future.

  A yearly effort to not only provide training but build friendships & self-esteem in youth

  Common Grounds employs locals, provides training, and supports humanitarian care

Feeding Centers
  All of PCL's facilities provide food and supplies for the local people
High School Projects
  PCL supports the local public schools by providing teachers & supplies free of charge
PCL's Management Institute   Higher Eduation Offered free of charge in the capitol city of Phnom Penh
Medical Projects
  Medical help provided through many medical facilities & short-term medical trips
Micro Enterprise Development
  PCL provides both the training and the resources to give the poor a Working Chance
Relocation Project
  This project involves the relocation of thousands of the poorest of the poor
Orphanages
  PCL owns/operates one orphanage & partners support of three other orphanages
Sponsor a Student
  Many students worldwide are too poor to attend school, you can help - $10 monthly
VolunTours
  You can make a difference! Come Volunteer & Tour on one of our many VolunTours
Water Projects
  Millions of refugees still live in a virtual water-world without access to clean water
Widows
  PCL provides room, board, & pay for widows through employment at our children's home
Youth Projects
  With 55% of Cambodia under the age of 24, empowering potential for the youth is vital
