PCL is working with Lee University Business Students to launch our first Integrated-Farm. We recently finished fencing the new farming property. We have dug two large fish ponds and built a house for the caretaker, Anyu. The fish ponds were individually stocked with 1500 tilapia and the other with 6000 tre pra. We've planted approximately 100 trees including mango, lemon, moringa, and a few other species. We are planning to plant soy between the rows of trees. We've also installed a grinder to produce feed for the fish, pigs, and chickens. It is our hope that through this process we are able to obtain a fully functional farm where we can teach locals to provide for not only themsleves but their community as well.
