Who We Are |

| PCL Management Institute (PMI) is an institution for higher learning. PMI is registered with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports under registration No. 2010 issued on June 3, 2010. PMI is funded and supported by People for Care & Learning (PCL), USA in collaboration with its local counterpart, Cambodia People for Care & Learning. PMI is also collaborating with LEE University, Cleveland, Tennessee, U.S.A and LEE Community College, Singapore in terms of technical exchanges, curriculum development and lecturers training and staff management. | ||
Mission |

| PMI is conceptualized and started with the mission of providing a free tuition two years post secondary education to poor but deserving Khmer youth. Qualified students will be admitted on a full (free registration fee) scholarship program. | ||
Vision |
||
PMI is committed to give opportunities to the less fortunate youth a fighting chance for a good future by providing them employable skills through quality education. |
