Phnom Penh Garbage Dump

Much of PCL’s activity in Cambodia’s capital city of Phnom Penh revolves around the garbage dump where the poor and homeless make their living from picking trash. PCL attempts to bring medical help and food to this village, but the primary goal is to relocate the people into a more functional lifestyle.
